Our flooring department continues to grow rapidly and now we can offer for sale different type of flooring material engineered wood, carpet, laminate, vinyl we get from our suppliers. Our managers provide you with many samples during home visit or it will soon be available at our new show room in Northampton.

Job Title: Multi-Trader (Own Tools and Transport Preferred)

S & E Construction Group is a reputable construction company specializing in delivering high-quality construction services for residential and private properties in Northamptonshire. We pride ourselves on being a multi-language speaking company, capable of providing services in English, Lithuanian, and Russian. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader to join our diverse team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual who possesses a diverse range of trade skills and takes pride in their workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Execute a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, and general repairs. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work in residential and private properties. Communicate effectively with clients and team members in English, Lithuanian, or Russian, depending on their preferred language. Comply with safety regulations and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Deliver exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Trader, preferably in the construction or property maintenance industry. Proficiency in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc. Must be self-employed and have your own tools and transport (valid driver's license required). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Lithuanian, and Russian. Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Compensation:

The compensation for this position will be discussed on an individual basis, taking into account the candidate's skills, experience, and ability to provide services on a self-employed basis.
