The Role:

You will carry out a variety of high-quality finishing works across our sites, primarily involving:

Plastering

- patch repairs and full areas

Tiling

- walls and floors (kitchens, bathrooms, splashbacks)

Decorating

- internal painting, touch-ups, and full redecoration

Silicone Sealing

- neat and durable application to kitchens, bathrooms, and wet areas

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver clean, professional workmanship with attention to detail Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy working environment Communicate with site supervisors and project managers Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies Be open to additional training in

surface repairs

(e.g. repairs to worktops, baths, window frames, etc.)

Requirements:

Proven experience in plastering, tiling, decorating, and silicone work Excellent attention to detail and pride in finish quality Good communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence (essential) CSCS card (preferred but not essential) Own tools and transport (preferred - but van may be provided depending on role)

Desirable:

Experience in surface repair or interest in learning this specialised skill Experience working in occupied properties or new-build environments NVQs or City & Guilds qualifications in relevant trades (beneficial)
