We are

PPS,

a growing property maintenance company, looking for an experienced

Multi-Trader

to join our small, professional team.

The Role

You'll be carrying out a wide range of property maintenance and refurbishment works across domestic and social housing properties. Jobs vary day to day, so flexibility and good problem-solving skills are key.

Key Responsibilities

Plumbing: installing & repairing toilets, fitting pumps, diagnosing leaks/issues, changing taps, fault-finding and repair Carpentry: door adjustments & installs, fire door installing, lock changes, kitchen fitting, basic joinery Bathroom & Kitchen installations: tiling, patch plastering, fitting units, general finishing General maintenance: painting, decorating, small electrical repairs (advantage but not essential)
Requirements

Previous experience in multi-trade/domestic/social housing works Strong plumbing & carpentry skills (essential) Bathroom & kitchen installation experience (essential) Ability to work independently and deliver to a high standard Valid UK driving licence & own vehicle

preferred, but not essential

- a company vehicle may be provided for the right candidate Own tools required Saturday's available 08:30am-16:30pm
