ImmediatePHILBYS LTD are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Multi Trader for residential maintenance and refurbishment works across London. The ideal candidate will be confident across a range of trades and able to deliver high-quality workmanship.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi Trader Must be competent in a range of trades including: Carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, studwork) Lock fitting and repairs Window repairs (uPVC, timber, handles, hinges, seals) Basic plumbing Plastering / making good Tiling Painting and decorating Flooring Kitchen and bathroom fitting Own tools and transport preferred UTR number / CIS registered CSCS card preferred but not essential Right to work in the UK
Main Duties:
Reactive and planned maintenance in residential properties Door and lock installations/repairs Window repairs including handles, hinges and mechanisms General carpentry and finishing works Minor plumbing repairs Tiling, flooring, making good Painting and decorating where required Working independently and maintaining professional standards
What We Offer:
