London and the Home Counties

. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced

Multi Trader

to join our professional team.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of

internal and external works

on residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for completing tasks to a high standard, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Candidates who work with a

labourer

are welcome to apply as a

team

.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a wide range of multi-trade works including

carpentry, plastering, plumbing, and general maintenance

Work on

new build sites

, as well as

external and internal

refurbishment projects Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to health and safety standards Travel between sites across London and the Home Counties as required Coordinate with site managers, supervisors, and other trades

Requirements:

Proven background in at least one core trade (e.g.

Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing

) Demonstrable multi-trade experience across building and maintenance projects

Valid CSCS card

(essential)

Full UK driving licence

and willingness to travel between sites

Own power tools

and PPE Professional attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a two-person team (with a labourer)
