Mullen Property Services is expanding our team! We're looking for an experienced
Multi-Trader
to join us in delivering afirst-class repair and maintenance service
across the housing and private sectors in and aroundWatford

About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you'll carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks to a high standard. You'll be confident in your trade skills, capable of working independently, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Typical work includes:
Carpentry Plumbing Decorating Damp & Mould Treatments
You'll be expected to manage your workload efficiently, ensuring jobs are completed safely, professionally, and to specification.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Hardworking, self-motivated, and reliable
Able to work independently
and take ownership of each taskOrganised
- able to plan materials, tools, and equipment for each jobCustomer-focused
, with a friendly and flexible approachCompliant
- accurately recording works carried out (including photos and descriptions)Willing to travel
to areas within a reasonable distance of Watford Open tooccasional weekend work and emergency callouts
Requirements
Valid
Driving Licence
(required)CSCS Card
(preferred) Minimum 2year of construction or multi-trade experience
(preferred)What We Offer
