Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative

We are looking for a skilled

Multi-Trade Operative

to join our team on a

full-time, long-term basis

. The ideal candidate will have experience across a variety of trades, with solid knowledge in

carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out a variety of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks Carpentry work such as fitting doors, skirting boards, and general joinery Basic plumbing tasks including repairs, installations, and fault-finding Minor electrical work (sockets, lighting, fault-finding, etc.) Working efficiently across different trades to complete jobs to a high standard Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations
Requirements:

Proven experience as a multi-trade operative or similar role Strong skills in

carpentry, plumbing, and electrical

work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Driving licence and own tools
