The Role

We are looking for an experienced

Multitrade Operative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of construction skills and be confident in carrying out a variety of trades to a good standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general construction, maintenance, and refurbishment works Undertake tasks such as carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating, tiling, and basic plumbing/brickwork as required Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality finishes Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health & safety procedures Liaise with supervisors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction and multitrade works CSCS card (preferred but not essential) Full UK driving licence (preferred) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to different tasks on site Own tools and transport (desirable)
