About Us:

Threds Construction is a reputable construction company based in Kent, specializing in high-quality residential and commercial refurbishments. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable multi-trade to join our team, for ongoing work in Kent.

Role Overview:

You will be a part of a team carrying out various construction work on residential properties, the work will involve strip out, fit-out, maintenance work, painting and decorating, and refurbishment works etc. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a range of maintenance and building works as part of a team on residential properties Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations and quality standards Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Communicate effectively and work closely with other trades Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard Carrying out various building works such as; tiling, carpentry, basic plastering, minor plumbing, painting and decorating etc. Be versatile and happy to muck in where needed

Requirements:

Must be CIS registered

Self-employed role Minimum 3 years' experience as a multi-trade High quality workmanship and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have your own tools, PPE and van Must be reliable, punctual, and professional Valid full, clean UK driving license City & Guilds or equivalent (preferred) Good spoken English Eligible to legally work in the UK CSCS (preferred)
