Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our team as a
Multi Trade Operative/Handyman
. The role will involve completing reactive maintenance for a range of clients - residential and commercial - throughout the Central Belt and dropping materials off at various sites when required.We require the successful candidates to have knowledge in any two or more of the following trades:
Flooring
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical
Joinery
Decorating
Plastering
Previous Experience- At least 2 years' experience of working in a maintenance role.
Out of hours cover based on a rota.

Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, decoration, and carpentry. Execute plastering duties to ensure smooth and durable surfaces. Troubleshoot and repair various household issues promptly and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Adhere to safety standards and regulations while completing all tasks.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
