Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Multi- Trader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be clean and tidy in their working environment, have good communication skills, be reliable and keep good time. This role involves a multitude of skilled tasks across our various projects ensuring high-quality finishes in both residential and commercial, interior and exterior settings. The successful applicant will be able to communicate effectively with clients and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Performing basic carpentry such as door hanging, skirting board installation, Coving Installation or building stud walls. Fitting and adjusting locks, latches, and hinges Installing shelving, cupboards, kitchen units, and other furniture Repairing or replacing woodwork Patching and repairing plasterwork, Pebbledash and rendering Tiling walls and floors in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas Installing and repairing taps, toilets, sinks, and radiators Unblocking drains and replacing pipework Detecting leaks and performing minor plumbing works safely such as removing radiators & re-installation, replacing taps. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Silicone / Mastic application Minor bricklaying, fencing, or paving repairs / Installation Guttering and fascia board maintenance / Installation Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with client specifications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure a clean work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and senior project managers. Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work. Collect materials for jobs as needed. Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to complete projects efficiently. Supply basic tools such as drills, multi tool, laser level, step ladders, brushes, rollers and scuttles ect

Skills

Strong communication skills in English to interact with clients and team members effectively. A strong work ethic is essential along with good time keeping. Ability to drive and navigate to different job locations safely. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Great communication and job updates throughout the day to management Must be a member of the CIS Scheme
