Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance and construction tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of tasks including welding, roofing, plumbing, and electrical installations. Use power tools and hand tools effectively for fabrication and repairs. Carry out painting and finishing work to enhance the appearance of structures. Execute masonry work including bricklaying and stone setting as required. Collaborate with other tradesmen and contractors to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times. Follow all health and safety regulations to minimise risks on-site.

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, roofing, painting, and masonry. Proficient in the use of both power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to fabricate solutions on-site. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. A valid driving licence may be preferred for travel between job sites.
