Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team. As a Tradesman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair work. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in multiple trades and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Work: Our work is based around; but not exclusive to: Surrey, Berkshire, East Sussex & Outer London

Responsibilities:
- Perform plastering, bricklaying, patio installation, drainage, window & door fitting, all floor types laying/fitting, roofing, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other trade-related tasks as needed. Special emphasis on plastering and rendering, carpentry and quality finishes.
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete assigned projects
- Fabricate and install structures, fixtures, and equipment
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues with existing structures or systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Perform plastering, bricklaying, patio installation, drainage, window & door fitting, all floor types laying/fitting, roofing, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other trade-related tasks as needed. Special emphasis on plastering and rendering, carpentry and quality finishes.
- Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in construction and maintenance work
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Each new starter will begin with a two week trial, the rate pay for this trial will be based upon references obtained. Subsequent pay increases; up to and surpassing the advertised pay rate, will be based upon qualified results with and will quickly be increased as you establish a history with us for reliability and trustworthiness.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 31,200.00-48,000.00 per year
