Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesperson to join our team ASAP, with the ideal candidate possessing a broad range of skills across various trades. This role requires a hands-on approach to construction and maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. The Tradesperson will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, and renovations in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Carry out carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and constructing cabinetry. Execute construction painting projects with attention to detail for both interior and exterior surfaces. Conduct plumbing work including installation of fixtures, pipes, and troubleshooting leaks. Engage in masonry tasks such as bricklaying, stonework, and concrete pouring. Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete various tasks. Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in multiple trades, e.g. carpentry, roofing, plumbing and masonry, is highly desirable. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.

Pay: From 15.50 per hour
