Our passionate team is the driving force behind our success, and we're now looking for a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join us at our Bristol HQ.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in marketing. As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across social media, internal communications, and content creation. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to tell our stories, showcase our projects and keep our teams connected.
The Apprenticeship
As part of your apprenticeship, each week you will have protected learning time to either meet with your dedicated college lecturer or assessor, who will support you throughout this two-year programme. All your studies and workplace learning will be tracked digitally so you can see your progress at every stage. Your learning time will be fully paid, and there are no costs for your qualification. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing qualification, equivalent to three A Levels, providing the perfect platform if you wish to progress to undertake a Level 6 higher programme in the future.
What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain a monthly social media schedule
Capture and create engaging content (photos, video, stories, reels, interviews)
Draft and schedule posts across social channels
Monitor post-performance and share learnings
Liaise with colleagues to gather stories, updates and behind-the-scenes content
Support the creation of internal newsletters and keep digital screens updated
Assist with campaigns, photoshoots and events
Organise digital content libraries and templates
Create simple social media assets using tools like Canva
Research social media trends and competitor activity
Draft website content for review
Contribute ideas and support storytelling across the business
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
English Level 2 (GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent)
Within a commutable distance to Bristol HQ
Some work experience (e.g. school placements, part-time jobs) that demonstrates:
Organisation skills
Timekeeping
Communication and interaction with colleagues and peers
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint)
Desirable Skills
Interest in the events industry
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
A full driving licence and access to a car
Personal Qualities
A genuine interest in marketing and digital media
Creative flair and an eye for detail
Confident communicator with good writing skills
Organised and proactive, with a can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and try new tools
