Multi-Channel Marketing apprentice

7.55 per hour

Hours:

37.5, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

General Marketing Support Provide administrative and project support across all marketing activities Carry out other duties as required to support the promotion of its brands Update CRM or similar

Customer Marketing Relationships

Build and maintain relationships with customers' marketing teams Collaborate to improve the visibility across customers' digital and printed media Provide content and support for joint marketing initiatives

Social Media

Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts across all platforms Monitor social media activity and suggest content ideas to increase engagement

Photo Library Management

Maintain and update the photo library with pack shots and lifestyle images Ensure all images are organised, accessible, and meet brand standards

Samples Management

Organise, check, and send product samples as requested by the sales team Ensure samples are prepared to a high standard and sent promptly

POS & Display Materials

Support the creation, storage, and despatch of Point-of-Sale and display materials Ensure materials are well-stocked, organised, and delivered to customers as required

Adverts

Assist with the creation of adverts for both print and digital media Maintain an up-to-date library of all advertising materials

Trade Shows & Exhibitions

Assist with pre-show and post-show communications to customers and prospective customers Support the marketing team at trade shows and exhibitions, including attending events where required

Key Skills & Attributes:

Enthusiastic with a keen interest in marketing and brand promotion Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organisational skills with attention to detail Comfortable using social media platforms for business purposes Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues Willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
