Hold
GCSE English and Maths at Grade C / Level 4 or above
(or equivalent).
Not have extensive experience
working in a marketing-related role.
Not already hold a marketing qualification at Level 3 or higher.

Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll learn to:
Act as the link between the internal team and the outsourced marketing agency.
Coordinate campaign activity, content calendars and advertising tasks.
Monitor campaign performance (ads, emails, social media) and report on lead generation and conversions.
Maintain and update website content and landing pages.
Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Support lead management: track enquiries, update the CRM and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Assist with email marketing including newsletters, automations and follow-up campaigns.
Produce marketing content including case studies, testimonials, visuals and short-form video.
Participate in weekly marketing meetings with internal and external teams.
Conduct competitor and industry research to support marketing strategy.
Provide creative and administrative support for webinars, events and client campaigns.
What You'll Learn & Develop
Real-world experience managing digital campaigns and sales funnels.
Understanding of how in-house teams and marketing agencies collaborate.
Skills in social media management, content creation and CRM handling.
Confidence using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and HubSpot (or similar).
Knowledge of property investment marketing and high-ticket lead generation.
