Role:
We are looking for a highly enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to be a part of our growing Marketing team. You will be responsible for co-ordinating and undertaking key market and competitor research, alongside our organisational reporting and benchmarking and supporting all aspects of our digital communication strategies and activities. The include updating the company's communication material - including social media organic posts, paid adverts, web pages and webinars, ensuring improved engagement.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Marketing team in executing digital campaigns and initiatives.
Support the coordination of student community forums, social media groups, and club uploads.
Perform various administrative tasks such as updating databases, reports, and meeting minutes.
Maintain the organisation's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand image and tone.
Utilise Google Analytics to track website performance and provide insightful reports.
Conduct thorough market and competitor research, keeping abreast of industry trends and insights.
Coordinate and update monthly competitor monitoring across various channels including keywords, social media, website, and webinars.
Administer all webinar events and manage website updates to ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements:
Familiarity with different social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn
Willingness to learn the latest market trends and social media marketing techniques
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and to tight deadlines
Understanding of working within cloud based systems
Skills in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working remotely
