Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing an excellent customer experience by working with the team to plan, create and distribute written and image based content across the brand portfolio to help raise brand awareness. Help to create and post on the company social media channels and Google My Business channels weekly. Design and structure digital marketing emails to be sent through our email marketing system to potential customers. Help to design adverts (both print and digital) for the franchise network Participate in regular marketing calls with the franchisees, then be responsible for following up on actions discussed to help develop their local businesses through marketing channels. Help to keep the website up to date including overseeing the maintenance of content and imagery on the website ensuring it is relevant and correct. Responsible for supporting in any corporate trade shows, meet the buyer events and the Annual conference event with marketing materials and relevant merchandise. Be responsible for researching and purchasing new merchandise to keep on stock, plus conduct regular stock take of marketing merchandise. Liaise with external suppliers and printers to reorder literature and other materials needed. Maintain a bank of video and photographs for use in marketing literature and materials. Help support the Sales & Marketing Manager in all marketing / administration tasks.
