About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated

Driver

to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where you will complete

multiple daily collections

from customers within a

30-mile radius of Northampton

, with occasional deliveries.

You will be responsible for managing your vehicle, ensuring timely collections, and representing our business to customers in a polite and professional manner. As the first point of contact, you are the vital link between our customers and our depot operations.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

daily rounds each morning

, collecting parcels from multiple customer sites. Return to the depot to

unload and sort parcels into the correct courier streams

. Ensure your vehicle is maintained, kept clean, and ready for use each day. Provide excellent customer service - being punctual, polite, and professional at all times. Follow company processes to ensure accurate collections and returns. Work effectively in a

fast-paced environment

Requirements

Full UK driving licence. Good knowledge of Northampton and surrounding areas (up to 30-mile radius). Punctual, polite, and customer-focused. Ability to manage your own vehicle and workload. Physically fit - parcels can vary in size/weight. Previous multi-drop or courier experience is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer

Full-time hours

(9:00am - 6:00pm).

Minimum wage pay

with opportunities for overtime. Training and support provided. A busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
