Multi-Disciplined Social Media Manager

The Beauty Alliance International Ltd (BAI) is the owner and distributor of many exciting and growing

beauty, hair, and wellness brands

in the UK. We are looking for a

multi-disciplined Social Media Manager

to take the reins across our social media platforms and bring each of our brands to life online.

This is a creative and strategic role for someone who thrives on variety. You will be developing content, building campaigns, engaging with communities, and managing UGC across multiple brands -- each with its own identity, voice, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more Build and deliver both paid and organic campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and conversion Work closely with the digital marketing team to implement brand strategies across the relevant platforms Source, brief, and manage UGC and influencer content to increase authenticity and visibility Develop social strategies tailored to each brand's tone of voice, audience, and objectives Collaborate with marketing, design and commercial teams to support launches, events and seasonal activity Use scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Suite, Later, Sprout) to manage calendars and optimise workflows Track performance through analytics and reporting, using insights to shape content and direction

Required Skills:

3+ years of hands-on social media management experience (agency or in-house) A sharp eye for content creation, community management and social trends Experience running paid campaigns across Meta platforms as well as TikTok Knowledge of working with creators, influencers in the beauty/wellness space Hands-on experience with UGC, with a proven track record of sourcing, managing, and repurposing content effectively Strong copywriting and brand voice adaptability Understanding of how to maximise current AI tools A passion for beauty, hair and wellness industries is essential Highly organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once

Digital Marketing Degree
