Role Description
As a Careline Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care and support to consumers across all contact channels. You will act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints regarding a range of products and their usage.
You will also manage customer interactions through social media platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. This includes publishing, monitoring, and moderating social engagement, responding to complaints, and maintaining brand tone of voice across channels such as Facebook and Instagram.
The role requires fluency in French and Dutch, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to consumers in an empathetic, caring, and professional manner. Strong English language skills are also essential.
