We are looking for a Multimedia Designer with a good understanding of B2C Marketing to join the team here at Knockhill Racing Circuit. Joining our team of 40 brilliant employees, you will work alongside our friendly marketing team to create visually engaging and effective marketing and design materials that promote our vast array of Motorsport and Experience Day products.

The role can vary from producing a Raceday event programme, nipping out the office to capture a Supercar blasting round the racing circuit, filming a podcast with a Racing hero, or collaborating on a Christmas gift campaign. This role will allow you to showcase all your skills, take ownership of key media responsibilities and outputs and help shape the marketing strategy at Scotland's National Motorsport Centre. The exciting range of activities we have on offer means no two days are the same!

Key Responsibilities:



Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, vehicle graphics, circuit signage, social media graphics, infographics, email templates, and adverts. Assist in the creation of high quality digital marketing campaigns that stand out from the crowd, including website graphics, online ads, and multimedia content for our social media channels. Have proven experience creating print materials, from concept to completion and familiarity working with printers and agreeing deadlines. Have a good understanding of user experience online and work with the team to make improvements to the website, with captivating design on landing pages that drive traffic and bookings. Assist in the production of short-form video and photo content, both capturing and editing. Co-create and publish social media content across all platforms. Participate in brainstorming sessions to create new campaigns and try new ideas. Research the customer trends and marketing results using analytic tools to track effective design content. Work with the team to ensure consistent branding across all outputs and across the venue. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, organising feedback sessions with key stakeholders, managing deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards across all design output.

Required Skills:



Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign, etc.) & Mailchimp. A key understanding of branding and how best to utilise the brand for different markets, customer bases and trends. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, showcasing your design process, variety of work and completed design work . Good understanding of B2C marketing and how to anaylse marketing data and customer trends to create effective design output. Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing channels which are consistent to the Knockhill brand and feel familiar but fresh and exciting for our customers. Motion graphic & short-form video content editing/creation (desirable) 2+ years of experience in graphic design.

40 hours per week, work location in person at Knockhill Racing Circuit, Dunfermline, KY12 9TF

Some weekend working involved to cover the event day rota, planned in advance.

Salary 30,000 - 36,000 depending on experience.
