Job Description

The role of Multimedia Designer will be key to effectively communicating both internal and external messages. Your creativity will support the senior leadership in the communication of the business?EUR(TM) objectives and stories, via a multitude of digital platforms.You will have the agility to work and manage the execution of multiple projects, within our in-house, fast-growing, creative team based in our Head Office.You will work to build meaningful and productive relationships with all key stakeholders, providing sound consultancy, advice, and creative expertise and know-how.You will be responsible for the creation of digital content that connects our brand to our target audiences, elevating our company?EUR(TM)s perception and visual appeal, whilst having a positive impact on the communication objectives and overarching business goals of Miles & Barr.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1. Confidence to work from a brief to produce a variety of digital assets, static and video, that clearly communicates a business message.2. Ability to effectively manage your time whilst delivering multiple projects.3. Creation of graphic animated assets, videography for digital and social platforms, plus editing of mixed video assets, photos, as well as design of infographics and newsletters, to name but a few.4. Employ a design style that reflects and appeals to a variety of target audiences.5. Contribute and work with internal stakeholders to understand how best to produce the most relevant digital content and which medium.6. Create engaging, high quality, digital content to enhance brand awareness.7. To continually learn and implement digital content that meets the evolving digital landscape and its needs.8. Attend business events and functions as and when appropriate.Knowledge, experience, qualifications and skillsKnowledge and Experience required 1. Experience planning and executing narrative-based content for digital channels with a good understanding of social media content, what works and why2. Experience following market trends and conversations and looking for innovative ways to produce digital content3. Experience of working with a wide range of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short video clips and films4. Experience of working in a fast-paced project-based environment.5. Great understanding of video and digital delivery. Able to edit videos from scratch which includes creating cut-downs, subtitling, translations, and reformatting video edits fit for social media formats.6. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.Key Skills required1. Proficient user of authoring design tools e.g., Adobe, Illustrator, InDesign, and ability to edit a variety of digital assets for a variety of digital platforms2. Visual design skills3. Experience with HTML coding for design work would be a bonus4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently5. A strong attention to detailQualifications required1. Experienced Multimedia Designer, Digital Content Creator or Digital Content Producer with specific experience of designing and creating digital assets from scratch2. Relevant digital design qualifications or equivalent experience3. A good understanding of paid advertising such as Google Ads, PPC / SEO, LinkedIn etc would be advantageousJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per yearBenefits:
