Responsibilities

Load, unload, and secure packages using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary Execute multiple deliveries throughout assigned routes, adhering to schedules and safety protocols Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery confirmation records

Qualifications

Experience as a delivery driver or courier, Not Essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Valid driver's license Knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices for efficiency and safety Physical stamina for heavy lifting, moving goods, and extended periods of driving or standing
