Multiple Engineering Vacancies - Fife
Positions Available:

• Mechanical Engineer
• Electrical Engineer
• Engineering Team Leader

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights)
Salaries:

• Engineers: Up to 46,992 (inclusive of shift allowance)
• Team Leader: 48,704 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Engineer - Key Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive repair work on plant machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is returned in a safe, hygienic, and operational condition.
• Work safely and efficiently, complying with all site policies and regulatory standards.
• Complete relevant documentation and certifications accurately and promptly.
• Support the wider team, share technical knowledge, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Engineering Team Leader - Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to a team of 4-6 Engineers on shift.
• Act as the senior engineer on-site and liaise with the Engineering Manager.
• Oversee the completion of planned maintenance and urgent repair tasks.
• Lead by example in health & safety, engineering standards, and team development.
• Promote a positive team culture and contribute to a forward-thinking, high-performing engineering department.

What We're Looking For
Essential (All Roles):

• Time-served Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with relevant certifications.
• Strong experience maintaining processing or manufacturing equipment.
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to support in all required tasks.
• Clear communicator with a professional approach and smart appearance.

Preferred:

• Multi-skilled across both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Experience within a food production or high-compliance environment.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-focused.
