Job Overview - Multi-Service Shop Manager
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to run a busy high street shop offering services such as
shoe repairs, key cutting, watch battery replacements
, and general customer service.As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for
day-to-day operations
, delivering excellent service, and maintaining high standards of workmanship. You'll work independently, with full responsibility for the shop's performance, appearance, and customer experience.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with
a practical mindset
, great people skills, and a desire to take pride in running their own space. Previous experience in shoe repair, key cutting, or similar trades is an advantage butfull training can be provided
for the right person.Key Responsibilities:
Carry out shoe repairs, key cutting, watch battery replacements, and related services Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly shop environment Manage stock, supplies, and daily shop upkeep Handle cash/card transactions and basic admin Take responsibility for shop performance and customer satisfaction
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
(one weekday off per week)Saturday: 9:00am - 2:00pm
Total: 37 hours per week
What We Offer:

Pay: 25,000.00-31,154.00 per year
Schedule:
Every weekend Monday to Friday
