This role combines responsibilities across multiple areas: restaurant service, front-of-house hosting, cinema reception, and retail sales. Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Service (Waiter Duties)

Take customer food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring a high standard of service. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas. Upsell menu items and promotions.
Host/Front Desk Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage waitlists or bookings for dining or games. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally. Coordinate with restaurant and cinema staff to ensure smooth customer flow. Assist in crowd control during peak periods or special events.
Cinema Assistant

Responsible for sale of cinema tickets to customers. Monitor cinema cleanliness and report any issues. Operate concession stands, including handling cash and card transactions. Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Retail Sales

Engage customers and assist with product selections. Process sales using POS systems accurately. Maintain stock presentation and replenish shelves. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries in-store.
Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in any of the following: hospitality, customer service, retail, or cinema/theatre. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt to different roles during a shift. Comfortable with POS systems and handling money. Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Desirable Attributes:

Barista or RSA certification (if applicable). Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards. Passion for entertainment, food service, and guest experience. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Can Do attitude, happy to be in an On-your-feet role
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
