Renoufs Cheese and Wine Bars are seeking a dynamic and hands-on

Multi-Site Manager

to support and enhance the smooth running of our venues across Dorset and Hampshire.

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the South's most-loved hospitality brands, known for our warm, welcoming atmosphere, curated cheese and wine experiences, and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone confident, personable, and reliable to step into this flexible leadership role.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our existing Resident Managers to:

Cover regular days off

across Westbourne, Southbourne, Wimborne and Lyndhurst

Support busy shifts

, working alongside venue managers during peak times Ensure

consistency in service standards

, team morale, and customer experience Help with

staff training, stock control

, and maintaining high food safety and licensing standards Step in when needed to manage venues independently
This is a varied role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is self-motivated, and loves the buzz of the floor.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality management or a strong supervisory role A genuine passion for food, drink, and people Natural leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support others Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities A full

UK driving licence

and

your own transport

- essential due to the multi-site nature of the role Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across venues as needed
