Sync Dental is looking for an experienced and dedicated multi-site Practice Manager to lead the operations of our mixed dental practices in Wimbledon and Byfleet. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in dentistry, leadership, financial management, human resources, and customer service to make a significant impact.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the practice
Supervise staff members and ensure efficient workflow
Oversee financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting
Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures
Handle human resources tasks such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Provide chairside support on an ad-hoc basis
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in a dental setting
Strong financial management skills
Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
Knowledge of human resources practices
Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
Working Pattern:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Pay:
40K+ (Competitive & dependent on experience)
