We are actively looking for a

high-calibre multi-trade professional

who can think on their feet, solve problems properly, and deliver

bathroom installations to an excellent standard

- not just "good enough".

for someone chasing day rates or cutting corners.It

The Role

You will be responsible for full bathroom installations and associated multi-trade works, including:

Strip-out and preparation Plumbing alterations and sanitaryware installation Wall and floor tiling to a high standard Basic carpentry, plastering and finishing works Problem-solving on site without needing constant supervision Communicating clearly and professionally with customers throughout the job
You will be

trusted

to work independently, represent the brand on site, and deliver work you would be proud to put your name to.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Is a

genuinely skilled multi-trade worker

, with strong bathroom installation and plumbing experience Takes pride in

precision, cleanliness, and finishing details

Can deal with customers confidently, politely, and professionally Can identify issues early and solve them properly, not patch them up Understands that reviews, referrals, and reputation matter Wants stability, progression, and to be part of a business that is growing the right way
If you cut corners, rush jobs, or blame materials instead of fixing problems, this will not be the right fit.

Pay & Benefits

Basic salary:

42-46,000 per year

Performance bonus:

500 for every genuine 5-star customer review

On-target earnings:

52,000+ per year

Own van and tools

preferred but can be provided if required.

Working Hours & Conditions

Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday

Overtime:

Occasional, paid where applicable

Holidays:

28 days paid holiday per year in line with UK statutory entitlement

Sick Pay:

Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) as a minimum, with flexibility for long-term, reliable team members
