In this Multiskilled Operator role, you'll build capability across a range of production functions--from pasta extrusion and raw?material mixing to automated packing lines. Key Responsibilities

Accurately measure and blend raw materials in line with batch specifications and quality standards Operate vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packing machinery, ensuring efficient, consistent, and accurate packaging Support pasta extrusion operations as a cover role during annual leave and to assist in peak production periods Troubleshoot minor issues across blending, packing, and extrusion areas to maintain smooth production flow Contribute to cross-departmental tasks when required to support overall operational needs Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment at all times Carry out daily and weekly clean-downs of equipment and production areas Keep accurate, compliant records in line with HACCP requirements and company procedures Work collaboratively with team leaders and colleagues to achieve production targets

Training & Development

Comprehensive on-the-job training across blending, VFFS packing, and pasta extrusion functions Twice-yearly external food hygiene training to maintain up-to-date standards Opportunities to broaden skills through cross-training in additional production areas, supporting wider multiskilled development
