We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople.
Responsibilities
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Perform roofing tasks including installation and repair of roofing materials.
Engage in masonry work including bricklaying and stonework.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete various building tasks.
Participate in fabrication processes for custom building solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills
Proficiency in carpentry techniques and practices.
Experience in roofing systems installation and maintenance.
Knowledge of construction painting methods and materials.
Familiarity with masonry principles and practices.
basic all round knowledge in building is required as we carry out many extensions and renovations
Ability to effectively use hand tools such as saws, hammers, and drills.
Proficient in operating power tools including drills, grinders, and saws.
