The Role

We're seeking a

Multi-Skilled Electrician

with strong

reactive maintenance experience

to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced electrician who can also confidently carry out minor multi-trade repairs such as plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering, and decorating when needed. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults quickly, maintaining safety and compliance, and delivering excellent customer service on every job.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out

electrical maintenance, installations, and fault-finding

in domestic and commercial settings. Respond to

reactive repair callouts

efficiently and professionally. Undertake

minor multi-trade repairs

(basic plumbing, joinery, plaster patching, or tiling). Complete

testing and inspection

work (EICRs desirable). Ensure all works meet

Building Regulations

,

BS 7671

, and

Health & Safety standards

. Communicate clearly with tenants, clients, and internal teams. Keep accurate records of all completed jobs, materials, and safety checks.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years' experience

in electrical/reactive maintenance. Qualified to

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

. NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent). Proven experience in

reactive maintenance and multi-trade repairs

.

Full UK Driving Licence

(required). Excellent fault-finding skills and customer communication. Self-motivated with strong time management and attention to detail.
