is a leading, family-run

FMCG

manufacturer specialising in

Hiperbaric (High Pressure Processing)

technology for premium food products.

We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled

Multiskilled Engineer

to join our dynamic maintenance team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and safety of our HPP machinery and associated production equipment, helping to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on Hiperbaric and FMCG production equipment. Diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical faults efficiently. Support production teams to maintain high quality and output levels. Lead or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain detailed maintenance records and uphold safety and hygiene standards. Participate in occasional weekend maintenance for planned shutdowns or improvement projects.

Skills & Experience

Time-served apprenticeship or recognised qualification such as

City & Guilds

,

BTEC

, or

NVQ Level 3

in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. IET 18th edition wiring regulations desirable but not essential. Proven experience in a

food manufacturing or FMCG

environment. Strong fault-finding ability across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with PLCs, conveyors, pumps, motors, and automated systems desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, safety-first mindset. Team player with a flexible, positive attitude and attention to detail.

Must hold a valid, in-date passport

as we will send you to Hiperbaric in Spain for a full week of in depth training.
