We are seeking a motivated and skilled Shift Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our production processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment, and supporting our commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve productivity. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday Rotating shift - week 1- from 06 am-14 pm/week 2- 10 am-18.00 /week 3 - 10 am-18.00. Flexability around these hours is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 46,350.00 per year
