We have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our on-site team at the University of London. This is a static role based across the university campus, working alongside a team of around 20 engineers and reporting directly to the M&E Manager.

What You'll Be Doing


Carrying out reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across the campus Supporting minor works and ensuring high standards of service delivery Providing technical support and guidance to both the client and your team Ensuring compliance, safety, and quality in all aspects of your work Using Maximo to manage tasks and update job statuses via your tablet Collaborating with account coordinators, schedulers, and subcontractors Taking part in the on-call rota for out-of-hours support

About You

What You'll Need


Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role NVQ Level 3 in an M&E discipline (e.g. Gas, Electrical, AC, Plumbing, Carpentry) Mechanical bias with strong commercial plumbing experience Experience with building services plant and HVAC systems Familiarity with BMS systems and CAFM tools like Maximo (desirable) A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Training


GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths L8 Training and IOSH Working Safely (desirable)
