Key Responsibilities
Emergency Lighting:
Inspection, testing, and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Water Hygiene:
Carry out water hygiene tasks including temperature monitoring, flushing, and sampling in line with regulations.
HVAC Systems:
Maintain and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
BMS (Building Management Systems):
Monitor and adjust controls for optimal building performance.
Plumbing:
Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures.
General Fabric Works:
Undertake minor building fabric repairs and upkeep to maintain site standards.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role.
Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for emergency lighting and water hygiene.
Familiarity with HVAC systems and BMS controls.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
Relevant trade qualifications (electrical, plumbing, or mechanical).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Full UK driving license (preferred).
Security clearance eligibility for government sites.
