Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of building tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with diverse construction skills to contribute to exciting projects in the residential sector. The Builder will work closely with project manager and other tradespeople to deliver completed structures that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Use your building skills to assist in constructing extensions/renovations of domestic dwellings to a high standard. Use hand tools (hammers, chisels, saws) and power tools (drills, saws, grinders) efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.

Skills

Proven experience in multi trades to assist at multiple points of the project. Extensive background in carrying out private work in people's homes this is not a position for site workers. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Physical fitness to perform demanding manual labour over extended periods. Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and schedules. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within the construction industry .

Pay: 24,420.00-45,000.00 per year
