Hours

: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week



We're seeking experienced tradespeople with extensive domestic Joinery skills, ideally complemented by solid Plumbing knowledge. You'll be confident in carrying out a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works across LHP properties.

What will a typical week look like?



As a Multi-Skilled Operative at LHP, you'll:


Carry out 1st and 2nd fix joinery work, including major and minor construction tasks Undertake inspections, repairs, and improvements in both occupied and void properties Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard Maintain van stock and update our housing management system Be part of our Out of Hours call-out rota for emergency repairs
Liaise with planners and other departments to meet customer timeframes

What Skills and Experience will you need?



Strong experience in Joinery is essential Plumbing skills are highly desirable Experience in Vinyl Flooring, Glazing, and UPVC repairs is a bonus Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions Comfortable using PDAs/iPads for job updates Full, valid UK driving licence required
