The Role

We are seeking a

semi-skilled or multi-skilled Landscape Gardener

to assist in the construction and development of high-quality garden projects. This is a hands-on role that requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to contribute to all aspects of landscape construction -- from groundwork and planting to hard landscaping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction of hard and soft landscaping elements (e.g. paving, fencing, decking, turfing, planting) Carry out general labouring tasks to support the team and maintain site tidiness Work alongside skilled landscapers and learn new techniques to improve your skill set Ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard Maintain a professional and punctual attitude on-site Contribute as a proactive and dependable team member

Requirements:

Previous experience in landscaping or garden construction (essential) Semi-skilled or multi-skilled with a willingness to develop further Physically fit and capable of manual labour in various weather conditions Punctual, professional, and a team player Must have own transport (a company van may be provided in future) Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when required
