About the role

As a

Multi Skilled Engineer

, you'll work closely with the Engineering Team Lead to deliver a high-quality engineering service that supports operational targets. You'll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of assets, ensuring our equipment runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.


This is a role with real impact, where you'll be at the heart of keeping our drinks flowing smoothly from production to shelf.

The daily tasks of a Multi Skilled Engineer at Refresco:

Carry out mechanical, electrical, and basic control & instrumentation fault-finding, repairs and servicing Support operational KPIs across Safety, Quality, People, Delivery, and Cost Deliver PPM activities and corrective actions across the site Maintain statutory and company standards, including Health & Safety, GMP, and HACCP compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise plant performance and reduce waste Contribute to root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Collaborate with production and engineering teams to share knowledge and best practice

About you

A qualified Mechanical and Electrical Engineer (NVQ level or equivalent), ideally with 2+ years' FMCG experience Skilled in both reactive and planned maintenance with fault-finding ability across multiple equipment groups Knowledge of safe operating procedures, GMP, HACCP and health & safety standards A team player with excellent problem-solving ability, a proactive approach, and a positive outlook IT literate and comfortable using CMMS/SAP systems Passionate about delivering engineering excellence and keen to develop further within Refresco
