You will work across both our

Cleanworks

and

Saltworks

divisions, reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for delivering a range of property and grounds maintenance services, including but not limited to:

Window cleaning Power washing Grass cutting Weed maintenance Litter picking General cleaning High-level cleaning

Permanent, Full-Time (Minimum 35 hours per week)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday--typically one per month)

Requirements:

Essential:

Full, clean UK driving licence Aged 25 or over (for vehicle insurance purposes) Flexibility with working hours

Desirable:

PA1 and PA6 weed spraying certificates MEWP licence

Based at our Head Office in Belfast (BT5) Work carried out across various sites in Northern Ireland

Pay: 12.90 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
