Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Friday (Overtime paid for weekend work)

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum

Reports To: Contracts Manager

Job Summary: As a Multi-Skilled Operative, you will carry out hands-on site work including snagging, remedials, enabling works, and installations across various measures. You will play a vital role in supporting quality delivery, resolving resident complaints efficiently, and ensuring projects are completed to IZ Energy's high standards.

Role and Responsibilities:

Carry out snagging works and complaint resolution across projects. Perform rendering remediation and patch repairs to external wall insulation systems. Install ventilation measures including trickle vents and door undercuts. Install loft insulation in line with PAS standards. Support enabling works for external wall insulation (EWI). Undertake basic plumbing tasks as required. Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, and with minimal disruption to residents. Communicate effectively with residents, supervisors, and the wider site team. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
Qualifications:

CSCS Card (Essential). Full UK Driving License (Essential). Trade background (e.g., rendering, carpentry, plumbing, or joinery). Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or retrofit works. Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
