We offer a range of services including Facility Support, Building Services, Utility Data Capture, Engineering & Industrial Services and specialist process equipment refurbishment.
Due to continual expansion within our Building Services division we are currently seeking full-time experienced Multi-skilled Operatives to join our team based in the Greater Belfast area.
You will be responsible for undertaking reactive & planned maintenance work and be accomplished with the use of basic power and hand tools. You will be able to measure and order materials and have a working knowledge and ability to deliver some minor plastering, tiling and painting work. You will also be familiar with the safe and correct operation of power tools and be able to work at heights.
The successful candidate will have experience of working on maintenance of domestic and commercial properties and have a strong commitment to high quality customer service. With previous experience of working with multi trades, you will be able to carry out duties under minimum supervision and as part of a team.
You will have experience previous experience working within a housing scheme. ECM and BKR experience preferred.
Must also have a valid CSR card and a driving licence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-32,000.00 per year
