The Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual with a broad skill set across various trades. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of delivering high-quality work across a range of tasks including (but not limited to):

General property maintenance Basic plumbing and electrics Carpentry and joinery Painting and decorating Tiling and plastering Garden/outdoor maintenance (optional)
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance or repair works Working independently and as part of a team across various sites Ensuring health and safety standards are always met Communicating clearly with customers and team members Maintaining accurate records of work carried out
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar multi-trade or maintenance role A full UK driving licence (company van provided) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent timekeeping and customer service skills Own tools (preferred but not essential)
