Job Description

We are looking for a talented multi-skilled plasterer to join our Direct Services teams.

Key Responsibilities



Carry out plastering works in void properties, ensuring high-quality finishes. Undertake additional trades such as basic carpentry, tiling, and painting as required. Assess and report on the condition of properties to identify necessary repairs. Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete refurbishment projects. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with the maintenance manager regarding progress and issues.

We are looking for someone with...



Proven experience as a plasterer, with a strong background in social housing or residential properties. Essential qualifications; City and guilds Level 3 and NVQ Level 3 in Plastering. Multiskilled in additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, or plumbing is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid driving license and ability to travel to various sites.

We are running a six-month pilot of working a 4-day week (4DW) which started on Monday 30 September 2024.
