Multi Skilled Property Consultant – Sales & Lettings
Job Description
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking property business seeking a versatile Property Consultant to support both our sales and lettings operations. This is not your typical agency role -- we're looking for someone confident managing rental and sales appraisals, while also handling a range of tasks on the lettings side.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out sales and rental market appraisals
Conduct viewings for both rental and sales properties
Complete property inspections, inventory reports, and check-ins/check-outs
Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
Support the lettings process with administrative and practical tasks
What We're Looking For
Experience in property sales, lettings, or both
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive approach and ability to work independently
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
