Five Ocean Spaces are proud to announce we are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Roof technician. This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry for hardworking individuals who enjoys working within a friendly, dynamic team. We are looking for someone who will be tackling daily projects while also assisting with skilled roof repair works when needed.

Responsibilities:

Being apart of the team your daily responsibilities would entail the following work scopes:

Roofing joinery finishing works UPVc Windows Plastering
Ideally you will own your own means of transportation to enable you to access the properties with the tools required and for this a monthly allowance would be put in place.

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team when required Excellent time management skills Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently Able to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

Roofing: 2+ years (required) Joinery: 1+ year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

CSCS card (Required) Working at Heights (Preferred) Asbestos Awareness (Preferred) Manual Handling (Preferred) Driving Licence (Required)
