About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. Working on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern (Days and Nights), you'll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and improving our fast-paced production facility.

The shift pattern for this role is 6.00am - 6.00pm (4 Shifts) and 6.00pm - 6.00am (4 shifts)

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used

What We're Looking For

Time-served engineer with a recognised qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work under pressure Knowledge of PLCs, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated machinery Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
